Program Objectives:

Project objective was to migrate from an existing vendor to Southwest Direct and provide for a faster and more reliable solution for Hendry County. Each year the County must send Notices of Proposed Property Taxes to the owner within a specified time frame, as mandated by state law. The test data was extracted and Southwest Direct created a document template, provided data mapping and tested over a 4 week period. The project is heavy on variable data, including property appraiser value information, property legal descriptions, taxing information, deductions, exemptions, and public hearing dates, all of which need to be properly accounted for. The live project was produced within the County’s 2 week deadline for mailing and included approximately 40,000 mailers. The project was completed on time and on budget.

Distribution:

#10 double-window envelope, 8.5 x 14 custom variable data duplex form, informational insert, data processing (CASS, NCOA, DPV, LACS, Presort), folding, collating, house holding, inserting and delivery to the post office by state mandated deadline.

Description:

Southwest Direct was able to successfully produce approximately 40,000 TRIM notices for Hendry County Property Appraiser.
